2. About NACO

NACO is a nonprofit organization working to improve the lives of underserved African children through nutrition, education, clean water, health outreach, and community support.

4. Donations

Donations to NACO are voluntary and are used to support our programs, including nutrition, education, clean water, and health outreach. Where you ask that a gift go to a specific program, we will make reasonable efforts to honor that request. If a program is fully funded or can no longer be carried out, we may direct the gift to a similar NACO program where it is most needed.

At this time, donations begin through an email or phone inquiry. Specific instructions for giving will be provided when you contact us. When online giving is introduced, additional payment terms may apply.

Unless we tell you otherwise in writing, donations are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.

5. Volunteering and Partnerships

Expressing interest in volunteering or partnering with NACO does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. Any volunteer or partnership arrangement will be confirmed separately and may be subject to additional terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, photos, and videos, belongs to NACO or is used with permission. You may share our content for non-commercial purposes to help spread awareness of our work, as long as you credit NACO and do not alter it. Any other use requires written permission.

7. User Submissions

When you send us a message, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you permit us to publish your story or feedback, you allow NACO to use it to promote our work.
